London 7/7

My family and I were at Heathrow Airport last Saturday. About eleven days ago, we were at Picadilly Circus (a few stations away from King's Cross) and taking photos at Green Park...

Feels like a close shave, after reading about the explosions in London today.

Tony Blair's statement expressed the stark contrast of such wanton terrorist attacks against the backdrop of G8 meeting to alleviate African poverty.

Our hearts and prayers go to the victims and their families.

There was preparation to celebrate V-Day.

Was discussing with Sis about the post-WW2 generation in UK, showing 'anti-social' behavior and fighting for their right to lepak. We wondered if they had the endurance and character of their forebears in times of crisis.

But England is a nation which has been much blessed and been a blessing to many.

May the Lord grant mercy, protection and comfort in her hour of need.

Sometimes I wonder if its going to take another Hitler to bring us back to wrong and right, good and bad.

I know how you feel - I'm on london now, and less than 24 hours before the explosion I was at King's Cross and using the Picadilly Line.

My bro was at the scene of the bus explosion, but he's alright.

Praise God.

And by all indications, I would say the Brits are still as resilient as ever. :)

Oh London, great city of our heritage - shall you find your salvation in your time of need? Or shall silly cliches and dishonest politicians entice you to futile pursuits that will not help you face the great evil that wants to threathen you, within and without.
