World Magazine

Got spotted by World Magazine here... I like their conviction that truth can withstand any storm thrown at it, as expressed by Puritan poet John Milton three and a half centuries ago:

"Though all the winds of doctrine were let loose to play upon the earth, so truth be in the field, we do injuriously by licensing and prohibiting to misdoubt her strength. Let her and falsehood grapple; who ever knew truth put to the worse, in a free and open encounter?"

Especially so, since I went to The Curve's Borders yesterday and looked at the stuffs by Dawkins, Pagels, Jesus Seminar, Karen Armstrong etc etc...

we can't isolate people from them, but we can innoculate them

To not just openly present Christianity, but to be open to hearing different views of Christianity, leaves us open for God to teach us.

Thanks for the insight.

Amen, bro!

It's also the responsibility of leaders to equip our youngsters in how to think for themselves :)

If I'm only given 30 minutes to speak to a bunch of school kids or college students, I'd give them a quickie on the following:
