Campus Crusade for Christ is a faith-based organization and all fulltime staff members raise funds to cover their salaries and ministry expenses through individuals, churches and other organizations. There are 30 Bumiputera staff members of Kadazan, Iban and Melanau ethnic origin in very strategic Bahasa Malaysia ministry in various campuses, and marketplace.
We discover that many of the younger generation from Sabah and Sarawak who profess to be Christians are nominal in their faith. Sadly, many students come over to Peninsular often lose their faith. As such, our Bumiputera staff members are committed to bring the gospel to these individuals and build up their faith, often facing financial challenges.
