From The Lion City

Had a great time in Singapore last weekend, mainly to attend Soo Inn and Bernice's wedding. (Picture courtesy of Davin's virginal experience at handling a digital SLR)

Absolutely love the jazzy song Jedibaba sang in the middle of the the bridal procession. The man can sing! Hmm... maybe i should do Aerosmith's "I Dun Wanna Miss A Thing" for Grace, ehem...

Also had the chance to meet up and chit-chat with the young and gifted bloggers from Agora Singapore... Ben, ZhenHao, Darren, High Cardinal, Ms Carpe Diem and Joshua... Nice to be able to visualise how you all look like behind the blogs/emails.

There's so much potential in this group... and I think God is doing exciting things in their lives.

High Cardinal, for example, aspires to be a mathematician and I'm baffled at how he managed to read John Searle, Karl Popper and those heavy stuffs. He's not even in uni yet.

Ms Carpe is helping youths to dabble into social entrepreneurship... business with a conscience, the kind of youth programs I'd love to talk about.

Darren is the arty one, I think. He even made a short movie on how someone reflects on life n love through a game of chess. Future Wong Kar Wai in the making.

ZhenHao, the ORPCian, is such an encourager and calming voice of reason and charity who always put it an uplifting word to our nervous presenters

Joshua, Asia's answer to William Lane Craig, I hope you'd take up a theological course SOON! :D

Ben did a great discussion on the counterculture movement and how it has become mainstream, applying Os Guinness Dust of death to Sporean context.

I'm so envious of the fellowship you've got going there. It would be fantastic if we could start blogging on our different interest areas in a way that would edify the wider christian blogging community in a simple, accessible and biblical manner!
