Remember the horrible scene in The Matrix where billions of human beings are being harvested for body heat - living batteries for the Machines?
Not too far-fetched, really. If the unborn embryo is a fully-gifted human being, stem cell research could be harvesting human beings for spare parts...
So I think President George Bush is doing the right thing.
Btw the principles behind this ethical issue is closely tied abortion as well, so what's good for the goose is good for the chicken? :)
